"My wife had made reservations for three rooms. We were part of a wedding group and we arrived separately in different cars. They were too young ladies, manning the front desk, who did their best to accommodate us with my wife, who did not put any of our names on the rooms, I would recommend holiday express Peekskills just because of the two young ladies smiles, and their courtesy"

"My sister and her family tried to book 2 rooms here. They had to book one at a time. While booking the first one, the second became unavailable. Then the hotel said they wouldn't refund her money for the first room, even though her family is too large to stay in one room. Ridiculous policy. Highly recommend finding other accommodations if you can."

"The property was really easy to get to. It was very clean inside and out the only downfall was the pool was out of order and we didn't find out until we got there. Our room was pretty dusty. My son ended up having an allergy flare-up ( he's allergic to dust) other than that breakfast was good, the staff was really friendly. My only suggestion is to update the TV for a bigger screen and newer furniture in the room"

"Stayed with a whole group of family and friends for my wedding. Allison was super helpful, friendly and beyond accommodating! They deserve way more than the two stars they have. Don't be fooled, this is a great place! Breakfast was awesome as well!"

"We stayed with family in multiple rooms. Comfortable enough BUT air conditioning /heating units older and very noisy fans. All the units in the rooms we stayed in had the same noise problem. Staff terrific. Breakfast quite good and breakfast person did a great job all by herself though hotel full (9/8/23) But because fan units so noisy we will unfortunately stay elsewhere next time. I suggest replacing them with new, more modern units."
