She met me at our location to discuss what we needed, delivered a professional estimate that day in PDF form listing the cleaning tasks we had agreed to, and was available immediately by text and phone to answer a few questions I had. She sent an invoice which I was easily able to pay with a credit card online through Intuit's QuickBooks pay portal. When I arrived for a walk through at the end of the day, she asked me repeatedly if there was anything else that she and her team could do to meet my expectations.
