"Shawn fixed my Microsoft Surface Pro in less than 2 hours. Windows 10 updates were stuck in a spiral of death. Shawn to the rescue with an upgrade to Windows 11. Yeah, I could have wasted a few hours finding and downloading the Microsoft installation media, but Shawn already had it at his finger tips and responded with Ninja like speed. The price was more than fair and he communicates well and is a nice guy to boot. If you are reading this review, don’t hesitate. Get in your car and drive your computer problems over to Shawn’s home office."

"This was a 6 Star level experience! Laptop wouldn’t boot after working fine earlier in the AM, and the protection plan folks wanted to mark ea box to mail back and wipe the desk, etc., over what seemed to be a battery issue (2 amber / 5 white blinis). They said I could take to local place and they would reimburse, but other places wanted $90 to look at and would then send out anyway. Shawn said he would look at it and could fix in-house as soon as he could get needed parts. I even met him by Wegmans where he happened to be! He took home and sent pictures that it booted okay for him, and said he couldn’t charge me for that. He took time out of his day and was going to give it back for free! We don’t know why I had problems over an hour and few dozen boot attempts, but if it happens again I am bringing here!!"

"SHAWN IS A MIRACLE MAN. If you have a custom build/need help w/ a PC and are in the Central NJ area Shawn is the best option! Took a Cyberpower PC pre built apart and decided to put the internal components in a PC case from 2005. After getting everything set up I was having trouble getting my PC to turn on. I was ready to give up after working on it for almost 5 days. I brought it to Shawn and within 24 hours he had the PC working and found out what the issue was! Couldn't recommend him any more"
