"Terrible experience. Came to my house and was asking my daughter what was wrong with the dryer (isn’t that his job?)… just turn it on and see what’s wrong. Then he couldn’t find the model number and told us to get it for him. THEN he wanted to charge us $450 to change the broken belt saying “it’s very labor intensive”. It literally took my hubby 20 minutes to do it and so NOT labor intensive! Easy to do. He got away with $100 of my money to come out to the house to do NOTHING! Had this done a few years back for less than $150 by someone else! Don’t call this guy!"

"Our Fridge was not staying cold. The door switch was broken and I called Bills to have it fixed. Cynthia sent out repair guy Dave who told me "The switch is not the issue. That just turns the light on and off." He says my issue is the defrost system needs to be replaced. $645 for repairs. One month goes by and the same situation occurs. Call Cynthia again. She says Dave no longer works for her. And she'll let me know when she can get someone else to come look at it. After multiple phone calls and multiple months another service man, Carlos comes out. Of course it was just enough time for the original work warranty to be expired. So Carlos wants $225 to install the switch that has been broken the whole time. I googled the part number and it's a $7 part which I ordered and fixed myself. Stay away you've been warned"
