"Bought a 2021 Explorer which has 2 recalls. Only "Service Advisor" can make appointments. Called 3 times to set up an appointment for recalls with no calls back."

"I didnt buy a vehicle here but had my 2017 Explorer serviced here. I had a water leak into my vehicle at multiple places and had scheduled an appointment to get it repaired. Paid over couple of hundred bucks and it was good for an year and problem started again, I was told the warranty is only for an year so I paid over couple of hundred bucks again. Even after the second time, it was good for an year or so but started water leakage again at exact spots which were repaired. when I called in, I was told warranty expired as it was over an year ago and they asked me to pay again over $200 bucks for another service. looks like they want to do this every year on a repeated basis. I would never get my Ford serviced here ever again."

"Wayne Ford has a nice waiting area with both tables and chairs as well as comfortable chairs. TV is on with news, free coffee and a restroom. An oil change was supposed to take an hour, but it went longer due to a malfunction in one of their machines that pumps the oil in (?) I was there for almost two hours, so not quite 5 star this time around. Nice people working there and they keep you informed as you wait."
