"I wish I could gave them zero star. I bought two finger ring from them. within a same week, one of ring banned from side. Since it was stone ring, few stone came out of the ring. I took my ring to them, they said they will fix it for me and charge me $20. I paid them right away, told me come one week later. When I went to pick up they said isn't ready yet and told me to come next week. Then I went two week later, again it wasn't ready to pick up. Again a week later I went, then they said it can't be fixed. Just think about after 4-5 weeks later getting this answer from them, I wasn't ready at all. What was more frustrating is, they return my ring, but they didn't want to return my money. When I gave my money the brother (Omar) was there, he gave me yellow piece of paper written $20. When they return my ring after 5 weeks, his sister was there she refuse to give my money back. She denied my deposit, and the girl who was there on that day also denied in front of her lady owner. When I told them to check CC camera for footage, then she called her brother, brother also denied it. When I loudly started to telling them to check camera than they gave my money back. I don't give a damn about my $20; the suffering I through for a single ring is intolerable. Please consider alternatives in Jackson Heights if you are thinking about making gold purchase. How disgusting mentality they have, beyond imagination; when they returned my money, they refused to give me a box and, once more, lied, claiming that I hadn't given them one. Why do I bring them an unfixed ring without a box? I also handed them a couple of stones that fell out of the ring. Guys, please consider twice before making a purchase."
