"I moved in 2 months ago and I first and foremost want to say that Shaina is AMAZING. She answers every email and helps with anything and everything and she’s so kind which I’ve found to be very uncommon in most other rental companies. They are renovating the place (I got a renovated apartment) and while they are pricey, the place is really nice and beautiful and I also feel safe here. My only complaint is that the ceilings creak badly. If you’re even somewhat of a light sleeper or need a quiet apartment to work from home during the day… request an upstairs apartment. These buildings are clearly old and it’s incredibly loud when my (very nice) upstairs neighbors walk. It sounds like there’s no passing between the ceilings and floors and it literally wakes me up almost every night. I also think it’s ridiculous to have to pay extra for the pool when the rent is so high… but besides that, great place to live!"
