"Wonderful experience. I lived here for 8 months and just transferred to a different Avalon location due to work/life changes. Staff is kind and helpful. Transfer was super easy as well. Apartments are beautiful and pretty soundproof. Didn't really even require any maintenance because the complex is so new. Nice gym. Nice pool. Nice neighbors. Only con is that you have to drive around to the trash/recycling. Expensive, but you can expect that with a luxury apartment complex in NJ."
"Avalon is a joy of a community to live at. The amenities feel like they are straight out of the Ritz Carlton. The office manager, Rachel, and the maintenance lead, Tom, are incredibly accommodating and quick to answer any question or return. When my I first moved in my bedroom door wouldn’t close all the way and they had it fixed within 20 min. They are also very dog friendly and my pups love the doggie park on site!"
"This place is a beautiful community and always on point with any maintenance. Rachel has been the best from start to finish. I lived in so many building before and she’s by far the best, easiest and most understanding leasing agent I’ve ever met. Would highly recommend living here"

No matter what he is doing he makes himself approachable and will lend a hand to wherever he is needed. Furthermore, I would also like to acknowledge the helpfulness of Rachel at the front desk. "Avalon Old Bridge is a great living space that I would suggest to all. It is clean, safe and inclusive. I worked with Rachael who is very professional. She explained all fees in great detail so there were no surprises. She has been nothing but kind and helpful during my stay. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I appreciate all she has done to make me feel comfortable with my move. The maintenance staff is also very helpful, they respond quickly to any service calls and keep the grounds very clean. Overall, this is a great place to live."
