"Though this is my partner and I’s first apartment together, we strongly believe we are extremely lucky to be living at 99 bridge. All of the public spaces are maintained regularly and we are grateful to Joe and the maintenance team for that. Joe and the maintenance team are always so kind and go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is taken care of. It’s obligatory to mention that Joe has great taste in music which we hear over the speakers by the pool in the summer. We can’t rate the community higher than five stars and thanks for all that you guys do to make the community feel welcoming."

"Charming community with wonderful amenities. The pool and BBQ grills with outside TVs make for family fun in the summer. The courtyard fire pits on a cool autumn night are so peaceful and relaxing. The lounge with the pool/shuffle board table and big TVs are perfect for game night. Apartments are big an spacious with high ceilings. All GE appliances which are best of the best. A dog run on site for the pups. Happy to be here."

"99 Bridge has been such a wonderful experience thus far. Susie is THE best and the whole building is so lucky to have her! She makes moving (which is such a choir) easy and pleasurable. Not an easy task! Apartments are well kept, building is always clean (Joe and Robert are also wonderful). I highly recommend!"

"I have lived at 99 bridge for 2 years now and my experience has been great, Joe and susie do a great job managing the building and keeping it in top shape. When you put in a request for maintenance Joe is either there that day or early the next day to fix the issue. The building is beautiful but the staff makes it that much better."
