Country Living at Mapleview

"The number they have listed isn’t the right number I had to look through PICTURES to see the number they have on leasing building . Finally get in contact with them women with nasty attitude tells me what they say they have available on site isn’t actually available and when I ask her next availability’s she rudely says “ we don’t have any “ ."

"Really bad customer service been calling and emailing them for a month to talk about an apartment that was available for renting, no reply and no one even picked up the call and I didn't call once or twice then gave up. No I called multiple times during the day, feels like they already had someone in mind for the apartment because someone finally reached out after a month just to let me know that sorry the apartment wasn't available for rent anymore. It really took them a month and a half to contact me back just to let me know oh how sorry they were that the apartment wasn't available. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME"

"Requested information. Took a few days but finally got a response through text on 12/21. After 8 days of correspondence, I was finally told about the income requirements being 3x the cost of the monthly rent. Rent is 1,650. Multiplied by 3 is $4,950. A person needs to show proof of income of 5k a month. Astronomical, I know. So I offered to pay the entire lease in full prior to moving in. I was told "We don't do that." I find it unfathomable that a business who exists to lease apartments would decline an offer to have a unit paid for in it's entirety ahead of time. Make it make sense."

"I don't live here. But I will say, I went to look at this property and met with Kelly. I felt so at ease with her! She was super nice, super professional, super personable. Only reason I ended up accepting another apartment somewhere else was because it was a bit bigger and I just had too much junk. However, I sometimes think i would have been better off. When my mother is ready to move out here, I am going to have her look here first!!"

"I have lived in Mapleview over a year and I just signed my first renewal lease. Moving to NJ from Brooklyn last year with my two children was a HUGE move for us, I literally visited every community in the Middlesex County area. I cannot express how happy I have been living here at Mapleview. They are a Kamson Corp. property, having won several awards with NJAA. (I work in property management myself so living at a property other than my own says a lot.) Kelly the Property Manager is an absolute doll, she is always willing to assist wherever she can, and the Maintenance Team led by Mike will be at your door within minutes of a service call. They stay on top of snow removal, the property is ALWAYS in pristine condition. If I could give more stars for Mapleview I would. Not too mention you are getting completely updated units including Heat/Hot Water, Sewer and Cooking Gas at no extra charge. The rents are unbeatable. I know I must sound like a paid advertisement but like I mentioned before, I've worked in property management for many years and I've seen the worst and the best this industry has to offer. Mapleview is absolutely one of the best communities I've had the pleasure of residing in."
