It is deeply concerning that a person in a managerial position, who should be setting an example for professionalism and fairness, instead chooses to engage in such despicable conduct. This behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of the apartment complex but also undermines the sense of safety and well-being that residents should expect in their own homes. I strongly urge the management team to take immediate and decisive action against this apartment manager. Racism and verbal abuse should never be tolerated under any circumstances. It is imperative that the management team addresses this issue seriously, conducts a thorough investigation, and takes appropriate measures to rectify the situation and prevent it from recurring in the future. I want to emphasize that no individual should have to endure such distressing treatment. As members of the community, we have a responsibility to speak out against injustice and hold those accountable who perpetuate discrimination and offensive behavior. "I rented in the building for a little over two years. Amenities esp. for remote work, the apt. were more spacious than like properties at the same $, building manager (Peter) was helpful and v. Responsive. Great if you like clean lines and minimal design. Would have liked food deliveries to be brought up to apt. Vs. Picking up from a table in lobby. Overall, my issue with my time in the building was less about the actual building but more about the unfriendly and overall rude tenants that it attracted over time."
