"Very nice and kind host mother. We stayed for 2 weeks for our honeymoon. Room is totally confortable and clean. Free wife is good. Place is also very convenient. it is close to subway and supermarket. I am big fan of MLB, Yankees stadium is walking distance. I had been there 4 times during staying. We were very lucky to choose this accommoddation as a place to stay in NY."

Refuses lika at parrot that they can not accept service animals (in this case because they have no accommodation for them), despite this being not only against (the spirit of) The Americans with Disability Act, but also a pure lie: they can but accommodate but instead they choose to lie about and keep discriminating. Avoid to all costs."

"This is the place to stay when in NYC. It is conveniently located on the same block as the subway. the place is renovated but still in keeping with the brownstones history. When I'm staying in NYC I LOVE staying here. The host Theresa is an amazing person. She is so helpful and knowledgeable on the nightlife, restaurants and best attractions. I've stayed in all the rooms thus far and I'm yet to be disappointed. The rooms are all CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. They have a feeling of home which is always appreciated when away from home.She truly goes above and beyond to make the most memorable stay. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. Cant wait to stay here again!"
