"DISORGANIZED AND DISHONEST - BUYER BEWARE. I reserved and prepaid for a studio through their website. When I arrived, I was told by cleaning personnel that they had no record of my reservation and that the office was closed. I finally talked to a manager by phone (Julie, same number as listed on the website) who stated that there was no record of my reservation or payment. She suggested that I had been scammed, stating that the email address on the Pay Pal invoice was not associated with MACY 31. I gave her my reservation number, and she said she would call me back. When she called back, she said that they'd double booked the room, that I would be refunded my payment, that she had booked a room in a nearby hotel for me, and that I would be refunded the $46 difference once I texted her an image of my invoice. Well, so far I have had no answer to my multiple requests to be refunded the difference."
