"The Instrata at Mercedes House exceeds every expectation from Management to Concierge to Support Team and Amenities. It's quiet and comfortable even being a luxuary stand out building in Manhattan. Management shows personal attention that is second to none. I am in the staffing and on-site outsourcing business, and I want to commend your organization on hiring a great concierge team. I understand that they are outsourced from a third-party company, and I want to tell you they are truly exceptional. To have a team that wide and deep and be able to constantly deliver with a smile and patience and understanding with a true customer service touch is refreshing. They are truly great from the daily interaction I have with them. The lady that works overnight should be the benchmark standard for your team. She is the best and all around super star. "We lived here for a year in a 1 bedroom balcony unit. We chose the apt. to have our own outdoor space since we correctly figured we wouldn’t be out and about much due to covid. Instrata units are ‘upgraded’ apartments (floors 22 and up). We had a gas stove, an in-sink garbage disposal, stainless steel appliances and a SUPER DEEP soaking tub. Mercedes House Gym memberships and shuttle passes to Columbus Circle were included in our monthly rent. The balcony was massive with a glass railing that went almost to the ground - so quite safe for pets. The view was beautiful- keeping the apt cool with floor to ceiling windows on two sides, however, was a challenge. There is no central A/C. The bedroom and living area each had a climate unit. It was nearly impossible to keep the main room under 80 degrees F after 2pm during the hot summer months even with blackout curtains. Maintenance team works hard and is friendly. But if you need assistance skip the app and email the Instrata team. I don’t think the app is monitored as we never once received a response to maintenance requests there. The garage is very ‘reasonably’ priced and super convenient (you can take the elevator straight up to your apartment) if you can score an open spot. It’s 24/7 access with a remote so if you drive a lot or take frequent trips that require luggage it’s great to be able to grab a cart from the lobby to load up. The front desk staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE. They work their butts off organizing the deliveries. They’re definitely a highlight of living in the building. Thank them with goodies whenever possible! They earn it!"

"We lived in insta from 2017-2019 and recently moved back into the building. Tiffany helped us find the perfect apartment that met all of our needs and was super accommodating, helpful and responsive throughout the whole move in process. Since moving back into the building in May 2021 we have had the pleasure of working with Robert who has been a fantastic addition to the instrata Hell’s Kitchen team. Robert is super responsive to our requests and both he and Emily have organized really great resident events over the summer months which have been a great way to get to know other residents. We love living in a building that really puts effort into organizing these types of events for the residents to get to know one another. The concierge staff are mostly all new and are a really great team. Each member of the concierge team is polite, friendly and they do such a great job putting away the never ending stream of packages they seem to receive! The maintenance team always responds promptly to resolve any issues we have in the apartment, no matter how small. Mercedes house gym remains one of the biggest highlights of living in the instrata building. The gym is always super clean and the staff are efficient and always upbeat and friendly despite having to also deal with the pandemic. The sanitization of the gym is really reassuring and I feel completely comfortable working out here during covid."

"We moved into this building from abroad about a year ago. We have no experience of living in New York City and everything was new. We were so amazed at how easy it was to move into an apartment. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. We got very good tips from them about our area which was very useful to us. The building it self is beautiful and clean and the residents are polite. When we moved into the apartment it was clean and help came in an instant when we needed it. My emails and requests will be answered immediately. Everything has gone very well, so I can recommend this building to anyone looking for an apartment in this area!"
