"Horrible and terrible living experience. I’ve been out for a long day and there’s no hot water to take a shower. I called the front desk and he told me he will send the super upstairs. However nobody showed up and the front desk yelled at me and said he has hot water, complaining me making him wake up the maintenance guy. He said he is gonna send the guy up but nobody shows up. The question is, when can I take a shower? What is the apartment that you can’t even take a shower? Is this place ever a place that you can live?"

"Renting an apartment in NYC is always expensive. That being said, I lived here for two years and I loved my experience. The door men, shout out to Josh for being so helpful, we’re kind. The maintenance crew were also very helpful and were always there when I needed help. The only downside about the apartment building is the noise. Since it’s on Broadway there will be noisy nights but I feel that’s everywhere in NYC. Overall, it’s a great place to live."
