"The building I worked at was taken over by this company and I never heard so many tenants complain about the lack of communication, they were extremely unprofessional and the building manager (Amanda Walker) was rude and replied disrespectful emails. It sucks because she's unchecked to do whatever her and her team wants! A lot of tenants left as well because Greystar gives bonuses to every new lease signed, so they basically user tenants out! Also Isreal the Super lied to tenants about work orders all the time, specifically the ones that don't tip him..."
