"If you are a student, do not rent here. Inconsistent heat in the winter. The heat was fine until the new management purchased the building. It is now December and the heat has been inconsistent all winter. In the middle of a global pandemic, the building consistently breaks NYC laws for the temp of a residential building. It will work for a few days and then it will turn off without warning or any updates about when it will be fixed. Management has been nice when they do communicate, but often they do not communicate in a timely manner and the issue is still not solved. Here I am, in the middle of finals week with a 45 degree apartment. Too expensive to be living with outside temperatures in the winter. Do not rent if you need to study at home at all."
