"If I can give zero stars I would. I’ve been on the waiting list for over a year for parking space and a washer and dryer. As they advertise this is an accommodation for the unit I rent. However there’s a waiting list for both. Communication between tenant and management is slim to none. Pet friendly neighborhood however no one curbs their dogs. Not to mention during the winter heat and hot water goes out frequently. Definitely the worse place I’ve ever resided and currently looking to move."

"I waited a little bit to write my review to really get a feel from this place. Moved in 10/23/23 and I have nothing but positive things to say about the woodlands! The leasing office has been great and has been able to accommodate me in many ways (and I can get irritating lol). I only had a small issue with parking since I have an assigned spot but management was able to fix the problem and really made me feel heard! I am truly in love with my apartment and the community around it! I think my only complaint would be the laundry room if you move in I suggest you do laundry off the premises but other than that I’m happy where I am! The best thing I can say is if you’re looking into the woodlands don’t be scared off by bad reviews most people will only review with a bad experience rather than a good one, give them a try for yourself! Special shout out to Sherrise (hopefully I spelled it somewhat correctly lol) who really worked with me through all the jitters and anxiety you go girl!"

"I have a friend who is staying at the woodlands. My friend has had absolutely nothing positive to say about this place. For starters the rent is extremely high and there are several hidden fees each month. Parking is a total joke at this place and they will charge you monthly and not enforce the parking rule. Therefore others will park in your spot and will not face any disciplinary actions. Management is hard to reach and will state they’ll get back to you on several different occasions… maintenance does not actually take work orders seriously and you will be screwed if you don’t have your personal handy person available. Lastly it’s completely infested with rodents and the Raccoons are horrible at night due to the lack of lighting on the premises and the trash. Overall this place does not value its tenants and will dismiss all complaints."

"Truly appreciate all the honest reviews as I’m currently looking for an apartment. Management sounds horrific as well as the condition of the apartments. Honestly for the price of rent I would expect a safe living space and a well kept facility, however I will be looking elsewhere. If management is responding to all these reviews why not improve or fix these problems? Just shows the lack of care for their residents and more of taking advantage of these people for their money."
