"I have not yet moved in. I am planning on, so far conversations that I've had with Debbie during my tour and via emails and phone has all been great. I am excited to move in as the place seems so clean and she takes really good care of the plant decor outside. I hope the carpeted room gets deep clean before I move in. I am excited to take on this journey with Joralemon Street as I am a very quiet and clean and this place seems like it matches my personality."

"I just recently moved to Joralemon Complex, I must post my experience. After carefully doing some extensive research, I made the Correct and wise decision to move into this quiet & clean complex. Building Manager ; From my very first conversation with Debbie , she answer every question I asked and immediately made me feel like part of her family. Debbie was courteous & informative & pleasant and most important I trusted her. I even made the decision not to inspect the apartment until the day I moved in, because I trusted Debbie. The apartment was clean & painted, with a new stove and re-finished bathroom, just like Debbie promise. I’m ecstatic and extremely happy with the apartment & complex. Thank you Debbie."

"I just finished a tour here over the weekend. Debbie was so nice and welcoming. She gave us all of the apartment information quick and efficiently. It was a great experience! Can't wait to move in! Update: Save yourself a headache, don't move here. Management is unprofessional. The ceilings leak, the dog park is not a dog park. It's some rocks thrown over a section of dirt. You sometimes have heat and hot water and in the middle of a cold winter it's just not acceptable. Honestly this is my experience, and if a person decides to still live here after reading this review, I hope it works out better for you."
