"The woman who answered the phone did not hel,p, me in trying to find a place near Essex county. I told her I was interested in Essex but she didn't even try and give me options for other rental properties. She also wouldn't give me her name so I complain about her. She to)d me I was having a bad morning and she was far too personal and rude. I believe her job is selling. She was horrible. She shouldn't deal with customers AT ALL. She losing her boss lots of money I can guarantee."
