"My family and I lived at Stevens Manor for over 4 years. We absolutely loved living there. The staff is amazing. Cheri was always prompt with responses and a pleasure to work with. The maintanence team (Manny and Mike) is FANTASTIC and always there to help. I can't say enough about how great the Steven's Manor team is. This was our first apartment and it was a such an awesome experience. If you are looking for a safe community in an awesome location, check out stevens manor. The pool is a plus! Super quiet and they have a lifeguard on duty"

"Do not live here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for literally the basics and thats only a 1 bedroom. And when the weather is nice they have landscapers that are EXTREMELY loud and come every other day before the sun comes up to start cutting the grass/bushes and they come right up to your window without a care. Management obviously doesn't care."

"Lived there for about 9 years. Neighbors are friendly and decent people. Apartment was clean, no rodent or insect issues. Although I have heard other neighbors complain about it. Pool is a plus. My elementary school son loved playing in it and had plenty of children his age to play outside with. I never noticed any suspicious activity going on around the development. I felt pretty safe. Rent is affordable with spacious sized apartments. Maintenance workers were attentive. Never any problems. Before I moved out , they became pet friendly- which is a nice option. Receive my security deposit back with two weeks. Policy stayed longer but fast turnaround. Still keep in touch with neighbors I built friendships with. It’s worth giving a shot!"
