"Worst experience I’ve ever had living somewhere and I’ve only lived here for 2 months. My mother in law came to watch our daughter, and she parked in our designated driveway, so we parked one of our cars in a visitor’s spot not thinking much of it. We come outside the next morning and our car was towed. Not a call asking us to move it, not a text, nothing. Just towed our car like we were illegally parking in a private parking spot. We talk to the leasing office and they say it’s corporate policy that they don’t notify residents before a car is about to get towed. Terrible treatment for residents who pay a premium price to live here. If you’re thinking about living here, think twice. The apartments are nice but it’s ran like a nightmare."

"Great place to live lived 3 years paid rent on time when moving out was told they will have all utilities to there name by maintenance that was I lie no one rented apartment I had to pay 3 months utilities bills and all they had to do was called and say when I moved out and the didn't......"

"Was the first one to live in new apartment. Construction quality is terrible. Poor insulation, very thin walls, garbage cans go missing. Attracted garages are nice in the townhome layouts. Lots of potential but very sub par execution"
