"This is a horrible place. I complained for months about dirty water in my apartment and on my floor in the common areas. The management insulted me and called me names. Until my floors buckled and they couldn’t ignore it anymore. The dirty water was sewage and it was under my floor. If you live in or near unit F10, you are probably living on top of sewage. I heard the maintenance guys talking and they even planned to dry out the dirty carpet and reuse it. Do not live here, your health is not worth it. There were also tons of bugs here including roaches. I have plenty more photos I’d love to share."

"STAY AWAY!! Worst apartment complex bed bugs, roches, mice and rats. Almost 10-15 people living in a one bedroom the lease cleary says 1-2 people for a one bedroom. Not a safe place to live the police are there all the time. Cars and apartments are constantly getting broken into. Outdated and not maintained. Good luck getting the sercuity deposit back."

"Space is great but up keep and maintenance are poor and I'll repair. 6 months no repair or service rendered. Social nepotism by staff. Residents.drive with I'll regards to playing children or other residents. Irregular electriceter readings and billing.(if prior tenant doesn't pay you owe their share) Noisy commercial building s nearbyexterior areas not properly maintained. Faulty electric. Insects in laundry area that find their way into units."

"I lived here for nearly 2 years. Here’s my review: Location: 4 Nearby groceries, mall, park, NJ bus, restaurants, etc. No nearby train station. Heat, Hot water and Electricity: 0 I used to to pay $250 in average for monthly electricity to JCPL while renting apartment here in Baldwin Manor. Not sure if it was only for the apartment I lived in but my friends in other community paid only $20 -$30. I was shocked when I moved to new place and got only $25 for my electricity bill. Security Deposit: 0 I recently moved out from here and I got only $590 out of $2250 from my security deposit though I left this place in best condition. I realized now that the reviews here regarding the SECURITY DEPOSIT is not false. They will find every reason to not refund you your full deposit. You give apple, they will give chia seed in return. Management & Service: 1 You don’t get to interact to with management directly here. They guy in the office is not really good in talking with tenants. They performed an annual inspection where we mentioned about few issues that needed to be fixed and that guy never showed up and ate our $35. Overall: 1 People will surely rent the apartment here since the demand is high. But make this your last option. Find out other apartment if possible."

"I'd say this place is about average. The location is decent - nearby a few major highways. However the area is a bit too suburban for my liking. Maintenance is very keen on repairing any issues that you report to their office staff within a day or so, which is a lot better than most places. I believe there are only two washers/dryers per apartment building which is mildly inconvenient; I oftentimes would find myself waiting for other residents to move their laundry loads. I lived on the below-ground level and would find centipedes running around every once in a while, so I would sic my cats on them. When I was in the midst of moving out-of-state, I changed from an annual contract to a month-to-month and as a result got a hefty 20% monthly rent increase."
