"For the price that you pay this is definitely not worth it. I know that there are some things that are out of the control of the hotel, but they can reach out and work a solution or inform you of the issue. The internet was out pretty much my whole stay and it was really bad because I work remotely and the people at the event also were depending on it. I called the front desk twice and they were not as nice to let you know that the internet was down and that it was not coming up any time soon. I staid there for an event and I was placed at floor M, where it seems they have a lot of training room and not really ment for guest to stay. The door hinges were pretty rotted, the fridge was out in the open (a lot of hotels place them in a cabinet), and the whole thing was not great. I was able tk be moved tk the 6th floor, and same thing with the hinges and the fridge. This is definitely a hotel that needs a lot of love and investment on renovations. The outside is beautiful, but it needs some work. They do have a nice gym."
"Front desk staff was great. I don't remember the young ladies name but she was very nice and helpful. The room was ok just needs some upgrading. Breakfast was good. Nice gym and pool area"
"We stayed for a wedding. It was an overnight stay. The room served its purpose. We booked the room as a part of a wedding block. The price included room, breakfast and parking. I don't know why they charge for parking since it is nothing more than a regular parking lot nothing special. Oh transportation to the wedding was included. Again another issue, I was told there would be a list of guests checked to make sure you paid the venue transportation fee. There was no list checked, another fee I did not need to pay. I am bringing this up since I had a chance to book the room through a third party for less than we were charged. Hotel said for the wedding that was not possible since it did not include the extra fees. Just be aware of this. The buffet breakfast is your normal eggs, meat, potatoes, cereal, etc. It was good."
"It's unfortunate to have to write a review like this but this hotel has the worst staff I've experienced in years of travel. Very rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful, uncaring and unapologetic. To make matters worse, we were part of a huge wedding party, who specifically blocked rooms in this hotel for the event. We all shared the opinion that the staff, particularly the front desk and buffet staff are unqualified to be working in hospitality. Namely Tamra and Jamon at the front desk. Good luck getting a smile from the majority of the bar staff as well, they're clearly not happy to serve you. In addition to the staff being heartless, our room had a window that pointed to a BRICK WALL. That's right, no view what so ever. The food at the breakfast buffet is about as low quality as it gets, and for $20 per person I'd recommend you go anywhere else. The location is horrible as well as you are effectively trapped on the grounds with no surrounding entertaining, shopping, dining, etc. I will avoid Sheraton properties indefinitely into the future. You're just a number to them when you stay here."
"The staff including Jephte at the front desk in particular made this a five start stay by showing so much warmth and genuine kindness, even with a very late night check in. The kindness continued throughout our stay. The room was large and spacious and parking was easy breezy. The breakfast was warm and hearty though not gourmet, it was much appreciated as a complimentary offering. Small notes - While the room was well cleaned and updated there was leftover food in the fridge in the room presumably from a prior guest and at least one towel had a stubborn stain left on it (but it was clearly a clean washed towel, I’d just recommend they double check a bit more closely so they can recycle stained towels to make guest like myself feel even more comfortable)."
