"Don't fall into their traps, they show their true colors as you start living there, Managers are vey rude and greedy. They act like they own the building... Apartments has roaches, bed bugs, rats One time we forgot the keys inside of an apartment and we called the management, the guy came to open the apartment asking $25 cash upfront, I said to write an check for troy garden but no he wanted only cash... We moved there when we were little and lived their for 10+ years and paid over $170K in just rent when we asked for our deposit money in the end and they were like the floors were scratch and we had to change the stove. I mean it's a common sense when someone lived their for 10+ years the floor going to be scratch and everything. when we asked for a new stove while living their they didn't give us and it was not working properly and at the end they were like we are not going to give deposit money..."
