"The staff at this property are crooks ! They over charge the tenants , they refuse to fix things in the apartment … they show favoritism & discriminate towards African American people specifically. I would not recommend if you are looking for something long term & something permanent."
"If you are of a darker skin color do not rent here. The young man at the front desk is discriminatory towards minorities. Everytime it was one excuse after the next to rent an available apartment. Application was filled out and dropped off the same day. Multiple calls to follow up no call back from the office. Excellent credit history and income. So many excuses that they just did not make sense. Finally he claimed it was rented first come first served but we were the first to fill out the paperwork.......discrimination!!! Please educated your office workers this is not ok!!!"
"Kensington Manor is the absolute best place to live! Vera who oversees the operation is so attentive to each and every resident. She is quick to get any situation resolved and always does it with a smile. The Maintainance men are so hard working and again the nicest people you could ever meet. I absolutely love my experience living here. This is the nicest place to live, the rooms are gigantic, the living room is spacious and wide open and the layout is perfect. I can’t say enough about this place. And I am not one to write posts. But I really had too today."
