"It’s hard to give a review on them but from the reviews I’ve been hearing I can understand why I’m having this issue I’ve been trying to call them for the last four days they do not answer the phone it rings and then it hangs up on you there is no other way to contact them they have no other emails listed just that phone number I’m going to continue to look for other places and write these people off. I think they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau"
"The worst experience ever. You will NEVER be given a diagnosis ~ just a bunch of prescriptions and a bad attitude. When asking about why they are giving you meds you will be told it is none of your business ~ just take them!!!!! Why would anyone take meds without a proper diagnosis. If you call with questions from your visit the office will hang up on you."
"This doctor's office is the most inefficient, rude, poorly run office I have ever encountered. The staff always seems annoyed, bordering on rude, and very unhelpful. The way they handle their patients negligently and do not take their duty to care for them seriously. I was under their care for 2 years. Over the course of these two years they managed my thyroid condition through blood work and over the phone. My last prescription for medication was written in December of 2015. I called in June of 2016 to make arrangements to either come in or have a script for blood work picked up. They informed me that they switched doctors and that I am required to come in. I booked their earliest appt for August 31st. This left me about two weeks short of my medication. They refused to give me an earlier appointment or write me a script to cover me for the extra two weeks. When I tried to explain this, they simply told me that they could not help me and that I could go to the hospital. Unacceptable behavior of a healthcare provider. Whenever we go into the office, we have to wait at least 2 1/2 hours to be seen. Do yourself a favor and find another provider!"
"Absolutely awful. How the women in the front office have jobs is beyond me. Most rude and unprofessional behavior from these women everytime I called or went in. And don't plan on doing anything else the day you have an appointment as you will be waiting 3 plus hours to see the doctor. If hell has a doctors office, this is it."
