Hospital bedside manner is awesome and they are very very slow to operate which at the age of 83 is important. They try everything not to operate or to have a colonoscopy."

"Got get here at 2:45 for my 3pm as requested, checked in, and waited, and waited. A lady came in about 3:25 for her 3:40 scan of the same and I joked with her about having her phone charged because I was the 3pm and didn't go yet... well about 10 minutes later they called her back and I was like "did you forget about me?" They told that lady to wait, and I apologized to that lady but she understood because I was waiting longer. My beef is I didn't get any apology for making me wait because it's obvious they forgot about me. They also still make you wear a mask (which I don't care if I need to) but the tech wasn't wearing one lol. I said to him in so many words they should let patients know if they are running behind. I think you shouldn't have to pay if it's over 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment because they charge you if you have to cancel on short notice. Not fair. The only reason I'd go back is because I'd like the Dr. Otherwise I'd find another practice. I have another procedure scheduled in the Toms River office next month... let's hope they don't forget me again."
