"You have the worst service ever. My car battery died and when I called for help, no one would help me. I got transferred, hung up on and did not get any service after calling over 5 times. I kept getting the run around, the roadside assistance app did not work on 3 separate phones. The rep was overly eager to cancel my insurance when I mentioned it out frustration. Also the rep that has an office by me who has helped me for years, when I notified him of everything, he simply said "thank you for the update". The worst, horrible selfish customer service I have ever received in my entire life. As annoying as it will be, I will make very sure that everyone I know and interact with at home, work, or any friendly function, will know exactly how your business operates. Even though I don't get paid to do so, I will feel very morally satisfied knowing I have convinced everyone to not use allstate and to switch from them. You have lost me as a customer forever with no redemption possible on your end period."
