"Unfortunately, I had one of the worst experiences, particularly with a male doctor on duty. I brought my son in, concerned about something stuck in his nose. Despite my attempts to convey the seriousness of the situation, the doctor dismissed it, attributing it to mere boogers and implying that I rushed to the hospital unnecessarily. Regrettably, upon returning home, I found that there was indeed something lodged in my son's nose, causing him considerable pain throughout the night. This lack of attention and dismissive attitude has left me deeply concerned about the quality of care provided at PM Pediatric. I feel compelled to inform others about my experience, as it was both distressing and potentially harmful to my child. Additionally, I am contemplating pursuing legal action due to the negligence displayed during this visit. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address the issues at hand to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. UPDATE. 02-04-2024 This morning, I rushed my son to the emergency room in Yonkers. Against the advice of PM pediatric doctor, I took action as my instincts told me something was wrong with my son and it's not just common cold symptoms as Dr. Edward said. Thankfully, the ER doctor found and removed a half-inch cotton ball from my son's nose, even questioning the initial diagnosis. The foul smell indicated a foreign object, and delaying another day could have led to a serious infection. My son is now on antibiotics. Disappointed with PM Pediatric's assessment."
"My son was throwing up half the night so we brought him to PM Pediatrics in Paramus. I was told the wait could be up to 2 hours but we waited less than 30 min before being called in. We had a really positive experience. The staff was friendly and the doctor was great. Highly recommend this location."
"The care I received from PM urgent care was exceptional. They listened to my daughter and my concerns patiently. The provider was so sweet and nice and professional she treated my daughter with care, great bedside manner. The entire team at the clinic at high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. It wasn’t my first time there, it’s my third time in only one month since my 4 kids were having different issues one after another and every time same excellent care. Highly recommended"
"The waiting time can be a little long sometimes, but just because they really take their time to take care of every single kid. Have been there a few times with my son and he always received the best care. We have been very fortunate to see Dr. Aligour more than one time and she was flawless every time. It’s good to be able to count on them through this terrible flu season."
"I took my son here for an ear infection and congestion on Sunday Nov 26th. He was crying in pain when we walked in. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait but I had to wait there for the 2 hours. That was fine but then after 5 minutes they asked if we’d be more comfortable waiting in the car. Because he was crying in pain. That’s atrocious. We can’t leave but can’t wait inside because they don’t want to hear a 3 year old crying. There is absolutely no triage at this urgent care. There was only 1 patient waiting in the lobby so the 2 hour wait must’ve been scheduled appts. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves. I’m a nurse and I couldn’t imagine telling someone to basically go cry somewhere else so I don’t have to hear you."
