"I was a new patient and it was easy and fast service. Everyone was polite and kind. I was out within the hour with a diagnosis I felt good about. Really positive experience."

"This office is more concerned about going home, and refusing to help those in need. They are extremely rude and uncaring. The evening of Sunday, Nov 12, 2023, I went in about 15 min before closing with my husband. We were told by the front desk that it was an hour wait. My husband suggested that we grab pizza down the block to kill the time. The receptionist assured us that even though it would be after hours by then, we would still be allowed in and would be seen. We returned before the hour. The door was unlocked and the receptionist was gone. They were also still seeing patients. However, we were told by a short full figured long haired brunette (potentially Hispanic or Middle Eastern descent) that they called my name. I was supposed to be the patient. Even though there were people still there waiting to be seen and we already paid our $75 co-pay, this woman told us we have to leave. When I said I already paid and filled out the paperwork she said she took me off the list and will refund the money. Yet, we all know that can take at least a month! I then asked her to please help because I was a returning patient who is still really sick (trouble breathing with a raspy voice) but should be a quick visit. She left to call her manager on the phone who was currently not at the location. We mistakenly thought she was going to try to help us. Little did we know her sole intention was to justify kicking us out. She returned to tell us that since it was after office hours that I will not be seen. Again we said, we arrived before closing and was told we could leave because it was going to be an hour wait regardless of it becoming "after hours" upon our return. She then tried to tell us that the receptionist told us the wait "could be" an hour's wait. Meanwhile, that was far from the truth and she was not even there to know any differently. When we told her how unfair this was (it was clear by my voice how sick I am) she threatened to call the police. I told her the police are not even going to come for something that is not violent! My husband and I asked for her name. She and the staff refused to give it. Then we were told that they were going to "report us." My husband and I left enraged. Nasty staff. Better go elsewhere! City MD should investigate this person. She is a troublemaker and extremely selfish. The amount of time she spent arguing with us, withholding information to her manager to fit her narrative does not belong in healthcare. My family used to love coming here. Yet, after this, we will be going elsewhere. She gives a bad name to this establishment and has forever tainted our past positive experiences!"

"I was home alone and experiencing a sudden health concern that was kind of scary. I researched clinics near that were open and walked myself 15 minutes to this one. It was locked and no one was in there. The sign on the door said they were open from 8 AM to 8 PM on Sundays. It was 9 AM on Sunday. There wasn’t even a sign on the door saying why they were closed. I feel a business that offers urgent medical attention has a responsibility to make sure that their hours are posted properly to prevent an experience like this."

"I have went here a few times and the previous doctors and assistants were very nice to me and understanding. Today when I was finally seen the wait was an hour long, just for me the doctor to see me for 7 minutes. The doctors assistant who saw me was very rude, she continued to speak over me, judged me on my medical decisions, and made me feel very uncomfortable. The doctor also spoke over me and the assistant gave him the wrong information which I had to correct. The doctor was unhelpful and also made me feel uncomfortable. He did not provide me with enough information on my condition. I will never go here again and recommend people to go elsewhere. Very unprofessional and rude place. Next time listen to the patients coming in and be open minded and truly caring. Terrible overall."
