"Customer service here is bad. Like really bad. They give attitude, give the cold shoulder, and talk to you in a condescending manner.. This is for the front desk and the medical workers inside. Why is everyone on edge? It's really baffling and a terrible experience. I've written a review on my bad experience with Dr. Robert M Lerch, at this location, you can look thru it in the list of my reviews. "Verbally or physically abusing one of our staff is not tolerated at NYU Langone," This is from their sign up front, question to whom created this: So its okay to do this from your staff to the patients? Either take this sign down or treat everyone like a human being. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague."

"This review is for Dr. J Dmochowska and her staff. Dr. Dmochowska is the most kindest, caring, patient and knowledgeable doctor that I've ever had. This is epic for me considering I am a 30 something minority (black hispanic) woman and often find it hard to find a good doctor . I love my doctor, she is truly a gem. Regardless of how high her case load is she takes her time with each patient and listens to their concerns and symptoms. She will carefully prescribe medications and also suggest healthy options depending on your health needs and will even call after hours for follow up. As a woman who lost her mom recently, Dr. D was extremely compassionate to me suggested options to help me grieve and heal. She even went above and beyond virtually when I caught covid. I am forever grateful to her and highly recommend her!! The previous reviews are not all accurate. There is a long wait at times to see doctors because of high demand.... But this is NYC so that is to be expected. So if you wish to visit here it will require a bit of patience, and empathy. Schedule correctly based in your week, Bring a snack, listen to music and keep a positive vibe and give grace. The clinic overall is very professional, the lab tech works very hard and has a very high case load, there is no laziness, everyone visibly works HARD and the staff should be commended for their efficency and work."

"This place is disorganized. Here is my experience: -I come to my appointment and waited almost 2 hours. They called me to wait in one room and then next to the other room. -Exam rooms are not private. They discuss all your medical details while random people walking through the exam room all the time. -Doctor was on their phone all the time while nurse is doing my exam. Doesn’t seem like doctor care anything about the patient at all. -Doesn’t feel clean or sanitized. No one is wearing a mask. -I have to follow up after my exam and I can not get a hold of anyone after the exam. Someone told me to come in on Monday but when I came first thing in the morning on that day, they told me the person I am seeing is on vacation on Monday."

"Though the staff are sweet and the nurses and doctors are gen, I have never waited less than than 30 minutes for my appointments. I'd show up on time, and wouldn't even see a nurse for 45 minutes to an hour, even on days that weren't busy. Today, my appointment was at 4:00 and it's now 5:25 and I am STILL WAITING just for blood work. Absolutely unacceptable."

"I had a good experience, was in and out in 30 minutes for a podiatrist appointment. Using the NYU Langonne app was helpful - i was able to do my initial paperwork from home. My next appointment is there, the prescription and my pharmacy info and when completed I can also view my test results. This is beneficial since I have specialists and tests at different offices, All of the info I need is now consolidated through one app or via the browser on my PC. Also had no issues over the phone - the 2 people I spoke with were helpful and hold time was under a minute. Dealing with health issues is never fun so if you’re reading this I wish you the best."
