"Very not impressed with organization or staffing. I had the first appointment of the day but no one was there for a while and I only met my provider virtually. They didn't write my name on my sample and I'm still afraid it will be lost based on the attitude and attentiveness of the staff."

"Stay away. Impossible to get ahold of anyone via the phone service. Needed a covid PCR test to receive sick pay and it's been almost 2 weeks and no response of any kind. I've tried reaching customer service but no one answers the phone or a bot gives me a prerecorded response. Really bad."

"Avoid this place. Like other 1 star reviews, I was overbilled for my one (and only) visit to this office. Gave them my insurance information before the visit, and was told by the front desk that it would be $100 for the entire visit. Paid, had my visit (which was great!) and get an email 20 days later saying I owe an additional $96. Tried to call the billing line but it’s always busy. Email them and they get back to me 4 days later and provide pretty much no explanation besides a 1 line “itemized” receipt and reiterating I owe them money. Really shameful. Health care is bad enough in this country, we shouldn’t have to fight to not be taken advantage of. I’ve had much better experiences with cityMD, would recommend."

"Please avoid. Billing seems to be an absolute scam. Billed $800 for a 10 minute office visit after insurance. Can’t get an explanation from the billing dept despite repeated calls and emails (they just re send a scammy “itemized receipt” that’s not actually broken out into different items) and resend me the same “phone number” that just prompts you to email the team. Takes over 48 hours to get an email response. Seems they’re trying to stretch this out until they can send the bill to collections. Location staff is great — this review is not about location staff."

"I was kindly greeted as soon as I walked in by a very nice staff member and I was called immediately, no waiting at all. The staff was very kind and professional and the office was very neat and clean. Excellent customer service experience. Thank you so much!!"
