Chico Express Taxi. Car Service, New York City

"Called this company to pick up my nieces going from Brooklyn heights to JFK. The driver called to say he would be 15 mnt late . At that time I asked him if we could pay with CC and he said yes but he would prefer cash. Half hour later he finally arrived. The next day my nieces called me from France and said that the driver had to stop for gas and also he took them to a bank to withdraw money so he could be paid cash. I was furious ! They don't live in the USA and don't speak English well; so this is intimidation and taking advantage of humans. This is a no no ! At the end I should have read the reviews before . If you read mine; I think you should think twice before using this company."
