"Terrible service in NYC. Driver did not show up for one of the services arranged for yesterday (we received the confirmation voucher for all routes on Friday the 9th, but it was of no use), the customer had to contact the company to find out what was happening . The company owner ended up going to do the service, but she was visibly in a bad mood and wanted to blame the customers for the problem. Today when I called to find out what had happened, I didn't have a satisfactory justification or apology and the only concern they showed (in contact with my colleague who helped me with the reservation) was regarding payment for the services. We have canceled all other routes for this week that were already scheduled and will not do business again. Even though it was a recommendation from someone else here at the company, it is clear that the quality of the service is not standardized. TERRIBLE, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE."
