"Very disrespectful and unreliable. My daughter was late for therapy sessions and sometimes missed the session. The dispatchers LIE about eta and car details. It drizzled outside and the dispatcher asked me if I expect the driver to fly to me. The audacity especially when they guarantee to on time pick up for on time arrival to appointments. As a parent who advocate and experience daily the complexity of having a child with medical and developmental needs, I don't need stress especially when they are existing at my expense/ insurance. They provide an unsafe car service. I had to take my sick child on the train to get to her appointment on time. Her arrival time is 10am, I received a call from a driver 9:30am for a 1hour drive in traffic. And they don't care. I was told my trip will be cancelled when I expressed all the above. Never Again. They shouldn't have an account with MAS."

"Im glad I have no problems with Metro cab service. I always get to my appointments on time. I know to give myself a hour ahead. Some days may not be as smooth due to traffic, short of drivers and car pooling!"

"This company is the absolute WORST!!!! Time and time again they are not just ‘late’ for a scheduled pick up….. an hour after your pick up time they are STILL LOOKING FOR A CAR/Driver. Terrible customer service. Poor communications. Always so late you miss your appointment . Avoid at all costs."

We had a scheduled trip for my 5 month old and I for the clinic and they left us waiting for 45 minutes no car my son was crying my phone dying and the lady from the taxi station just put me on hold for 5 minutes. I ended up taking a Uber. You better off walking than using their service. Even with the new management they suck!"

"Driver tried to pick me up 56 minutes late and I had to pay a $50cab. Spoke with multiple dispatchers and it did not speed the process up at all. I could’ve even taken the train had they been honest. Then the driver got an attitude when I couldn’t wait and extra 10 minutes. Missed my appointment"
