"My friends and I were robbed and one of us physically assaulted while at boogie nights, located in Tropicana, last night. We’ve been to this club before and have always had a great time, but last night was wildly disturbing. Security and management handled the situation terribly. We were not refunded for our 800+ VIP table, offered comps or vouchers, or frankly even taken that seriously. Everyone pointed fingers and played the blame game. Hotel security even tried to accuse us of putting her in an unsafe situation(??) when she escorted the attacker out so closely to us. Very unprofessional all around. Be sure to keep an eye out. These people definitely run this scheme often, as there were multiple players involved."
"Now I am someone who enjoys having a good time and this is my second time being at this venue, but there are some issues that really need to be looked at. The music selection needs to expand. This was my second time being at boogie nights, and the music was pretty much the same. They refused to play that much hip-hop even though they claim to be a 70s/80s nightclub don’t give me wrong you’ll get some hip-hop but they could really spice it up more especially with the fact that they claim they play the 90s they hardly play anything from the 90s at all. Lastly, I will survive. It’s a pretty good song but you guys don’t need to play this song for 10 minutes straight. Note to the DJ when people stop dancing, change the song"
"Been here twice and both times was an amazing experience. For someone over 40 it was all music I grew up on. Danced all night long."
"A fabulous night club with great music selection! We came for a friends bachelorette party and had a reserved table right next to the dance floor. Our server was very attentive despite how busy it was on Saturday night. The music, disco ball, bubbles falling from the ceilings along with the dancers all throughout the club made for an awesome evening!"
"Friday night, we loved it. The crowd was young, average age about 30. We were probably the oldest people there- maybe a few others 50-60. There were a few girls celebrating their 21st birthday. Lots of women wearing super sexy outfits. Not all of them has the body for it, but they were putting it out there anyway. Some wore 70s theme. They have sexy dancers (bathing suit and fish net stockings) dancing on tables and on stage. The music was not all disco, they mixed it pretty well. Mostly 70s and 80s. The Michael Jackson songs usually brought people in the dance floor. DJ was awesome. Interacted with the crowd. The special effects were cool. Bubbles and snow and other livened things up. The entrance was $15, or $10 if you arrive before 10pm. A Long Island iced tea was $14. The bartender did an acrobatic pour. Credit card accepted. The dance floor was crowded at times, but you could still move around. When we left just before 1am, there was a long line of people waiting to get in."
