Wonder Bar

"I have been here multiple times for your years. Today I decided to bring my sister for her 31st birthday. We were ignored by the bartender. We asked for two ice water and lemon and she took at least 5 minutes to get it. Which wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t for the fact she took others people’s orders after us and gave them their drinks and gave out checks and randomly adjusted glasses and a tower of cups before she got to it. We had to wave our server down after waiting 15 minutes because she didn’t notice us. The marinara sauce was watery and usually it’s perfect we got another one and it was still watery. We asked the bartender for a Mai Tai and she never made it. Every time we tried to call her she would ignore us. She avoided eye contact and kept adjusting stuff at the bar. At least our server remembered us and checked in. We got our check and while we were paying it the server watched us like a hawk. We went from being ignored to having their full attention. We paid in cash $24.06 total and gratuity was added to the bill. While we were getting in our car the waitress ran out and told us we under paid a dollar when in fact we didn’t and she miscounted. I’ve never experience racism at this establishment until today and on my sisters birthday at that. We were planning on being their longer and getting some drinks after getting food in our belly’s but once we finished eating we couldn’t wait to leave."

"Great views of the bay.  martini was more on the sour end less . More of a sports bar location for the locals. Service was great. Probably better in the summer months with outside patio seating."

"We are regulars there but were very disappointed with the food and getting the order correct. Wanted a pork sandwich special with no cheese, Atlantic City sub roll, and fries. Came out with cheese, wrong roll, and when sent back came out with the same wrong roll and now the fries were cold. The bartender and the waitress were great. Don’t know where the breakdown was and/ or the common sense of sending out the same fries."

"Came in here for a quick lunch Friday afternoon. Sat at bar then table next to windows facing waterway. Service was great food delicious n beers were delicious n cold. Great atmosphere polite and attentive staff. I woul recommend. Love it here."

"I always like to come and order wings and nachos but this time I went and ordered the menu and a soda and the bartender asked for my ID and I handed it to him and he said it was already expired and told him I was on hold that the new one arrived by mail, that he checked the age (I'm 28 years old) and that he was also only ordering a soda. he was not ordering anything with alcohol and that he was going to have dinner and he told me that he was sorry and he did not want to serve me and denied me service. The truth is that what he did bothered me a lot since I was not ordering alcoholic beverages and I was only going to have dinner and I had the provisional license sheet that they give you when the plastic arrives in the car, but the truth is that with the attitude of the bartender I preferred better to go, for the moment I do not plan to return soon"
