"Besides being a player here...$1000 later and a rude bartender (Ashley) charging me for water. The pregnant bartender laughed at us as she tried to give our machines to others while charging us $8 for water. We spent $100 on drinks which was fine because we wanted grey goose. This wasn’t an issue for us. But her demeanor was terrible. Mark the manager was accommodating. However, Ashley needs proper training in understanding how to deal with customers during a shift change. While we understand, not knowing what happens during a shift change, you as a bartender need to know the proper questions to ask during this time. Water was what we needed after a few drinks and after $1000 in gambling at these machines, water is the very least that should be provided without being insulted. Please properly train your staff to understand the significance their actions and how It effects their livelihood!!!!!"
