"Top! Had no problems with the deposit. Only the window does not close perfectly. Other that that the hotel is very nice. Even for a 9 day trip like we had. But only if you pay ~100$ per night. It is not worth more."

"Rooms are renovated and everything works as it's supposed to. Beds are comfy enough, the bathroom is alright and in general the rooms are good. There also is an iron and iron board, so it's very convenient. There's a bit of street noise coming in, but if you turn the A/C on it's noise will cover it."

"I used a credit card I don’t ever use as incidentals at this hotel and two weeks later I received a fraudulent charge on my account from Amazon. Not saying it is from this hotel but it seems very suspicious since I haven’t used that card for anything else in over a year and then a week or two later I get fraudulent activity. The “bag check” is a joke, it’s just the hallway where anyone can just run off with your bag and the front desk person isn’t even paying attention. The beds are small, the blankets have holes in them, the bathrooms are freezing cold, and the front desk staff is all over the place. One said there was late checkout and the other said there isn’t. I got the booking off Expedia and it was decent for the price but be very careful with this place, something just isn’t right or what it appears to be."

"Ok, this was definitely not what we expected, but it definitely served our needs for a quick 2-nights stay in NYC before getting on a cruise. 1. We were standing outside and we almost didn’t recognize it’s the hotel, the outside sign was small and non-conventional, on a small busy street. We were frankly a little worried at first. 2. The staff was friendly and helpful 3. They have dorm style shared rooms and regular standard hotel rooms. We booked and got a regular room. It was a fairly small and very basic but clean room with our own restroom and shower. 4. First night was a bit noisy, probably due to the annual Little Italy event nearby. Second night (Saturday) was ok, just normal NYC car honking and first responders sirens at random hours. 5. Locations is pretty good, walking distance to Chinatown, Little Italy and subway station. Pretty safe area to walk according to the staff. 6. There is a deli/market at the corner, they have coffee and hot breakfast, very convenient 7. Price is unbeatable. I couldn’t really pay $400+ a night for a couple of nights, and this was an excellent affordable option."

"A nice.hotel with friendly staff. Allowed us to store our bags hours before we could check in so we were able to enjoy our day. In the heart of Chinatown which is a great neighbourhood with a great outdoor street market. Handy for a few different subway stations and lines so good for transport links. Just at the end of manhattan bridge. The beds are very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep."
