Flushing Motel

"DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is not a 3-star hotel like google maps would have you believe. It is very skeazy and only good for times of emergencies and desperation--I was desperate and sleep deprived. I wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews and photos but I really needed somewhere to lie down. I waited at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before anyone showed up to give me my room key. The walk down the hallway gave me instant bad vibes, and walking into the room was a huge red flag but I really couldn't go anywhere else. I asked for a no smoking room and it smelled like smoke anyway, with a provided ashtray. The comforter had cigarette burns in it, the toilet had water splashed all over it and didn't look clean at all, I didn't bother to look at the shower. I slept on top of the comforter in my clothes and used my jacket as a pillow, and when I changed I made sure my bare feet didn't touch the ground--that's how afraid for my health I was. If you can choose literally any other place to stay, I urge you to go there instead."

"Everything was terrible. We always try to give them a chance and the benefit of a doubt but time and time they are just terrible. If you check in late instead of accommodating since you paid for it by giving an extra hour or minute, they don’t they complain and just wanna overcharge you for a minutes And things but if you don’t ask questions they’ll get caught and carried away with that they are very rude here. The rooms are very dirty like the workers do not clean dirt on the floors dirt in the bathroom on the bed he does not work remote does not work. Nothing works is terrible here very terrible. Imagine being certain situation and having nothing else to get and you have to stick with something terrible it’s very terrible. The manager harassed me being racist since I’m black very terrible."

"0 STARS DESERVED, NOT A 3 STAR MOTEL! I went around June or July of this summer 2023. Rude staff, dirty environment and price raised from $145 to $190 for bad service. Only care for your money that can be spent at another motel/hotel with better service and a better experience. Some air conditioners are broken and will not be as cold. Some rags will be black, hair might be left around and the shower water system might have rust on them or the shower curtains can be really dirty and brown/old looking. They will rush you to leave repeatedly even if you have time left. (Example: 10-15 minutes. Will call and even knock on the door). Overall DO NOT GO, BETTER LOCATIONS WITH BETTER SERVICES, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE THAT THEY CHARGE."
