Recently, they have an excellent champagne and pet nat collection. Surprising finds from Rheingau and Alsace."

"Usually loved coming here to get a bottle of Syrah when in the area. I have never had an issue until a few days ago. I went in the store in a hurry to pick up a good bottle of red to enjoy for dinner with my mother and I. Keep in mind, I have came here before and never had an issue. I purchased the wine and quickly left to pick up food for my dinner. I had noticed I had left my card In the store but when I came back there had been an extra charge for $13. I called and spoke to the manager and he exclaimed it was a mistake and claimed to issue a refund but a refund was never issued. He claimed my card hovered over a card reading machine for another customer's beer purchase while they handed the card to them which would make no sense because the card was left with the cashier. I even called when I noticed the card was missing and the cashier pick up and told me she had the card. He told me multiple times he'd resolve the issue . I was given a run around for three days , called back saying he needed to speak to his point of sales team and then going on to tell me that he didn't actually know what happened or what to do. I ended up having to dispute the charge. This is very disappointing all around. Untrustworthy staff members, unprofessional and dismissive customer service. They clearly will scam people any chance they get."
