"I LOVE Andy. I renovated 4 apartments all working with Andy who supplied all my kitchen cabinets, most kitchen countertop and a bunch of tiles. His service was impeccable and price was super competitive. All soft closing cabinets held up now 4 years into the usage. I have no complain at all. Andy is such a nice guy too. Please don’t believe other negative reviews."
"I am very shocked to see the negative reviews of King Kitchen and Bath and it’s owner Andy. I don’t think that the one stars are reflective of the business. I bought cabinets from King for my kitchen about 2 years ago and just recently for my basement. Both purchases were without issue. Let me say this, you get what you pay for. Could I have paid double the price elsewhere and maybe been more satisfied with cabinets? Maybe… however I didn’t want to spend double the price. King offers a good quality plywood, not pressboard, cabinet for a solid price. The only “issue” that I had related to the hinge on a corner cabinet; however I replaced it and it now works fine. Andy is pleasant and responsive. He went out of his way to assist me during my order and to ensure prompt delivery of the product. I found the build quality of the cabinets to be excellent and I did not have any issues with scratching or denting of the product. When I say “you get what you pay for” and that maybe I “could have been more satisfied elsewhere” I mean as follows: the plywood could be thicker and the hardware could be smoother. My friends have cabinets that I really like; however, they paid a small fortune for them. I am very satisfied with Andy and the product that he sells."
"I'd normally never write a negative review, but my experience with Andy (and King Kitchen) was so terrible that I felt compelled to make people aware of what to expect if they purchase cabinets from him. I purchased a set of white cabinets for a kitchen reno from Andy, paying ~$4k in total. Two of the cabinets came completely damaged, and in fact there was significant evidence that they'd already been *used* and returned by another customer, in an apparent mix-up. The rest of the cabinets had surface-level cosmetic damage like paint chips and scratches. Andy said the replacement cabinets would arrive in ~2 weeks. After two weeks, I received no updates; he then said ~2-4 more weeks. Again, no update. After two months I started calling him regularly; he told me there were delays with the supplier from Vietnam and it could be another ~2-4 weeks. After asking for an invoice and tracking number I could use to call the supplier myself, he said he'd get back to me and then completely disappeared. I kept calling him back and he stopped responding entirely. Finally, after over three months the replacement cabinets finally arrived. Of course they again had surface-level cosmetic damage, but at this point I was so tired of waiting I decided to keep them. Andy offered no discount of any kind when I went to his store and refused to take any responsibility, saying he's just the middle man and it's out of his hands. I understand there have been supply-chain issues due to COVID, but you have to communicate with your customer and be honest with them, and in the end Andy's the one selling the product to the consumer so he should be responsible for damage and delays. Andy is perfectly willing to take your money upfront and then offer literally no follow-through or customer service of any kind. He had the audacity to suggest the damage on the original cabinets was caused by my contractor, despite the fact they took pictures immediately after unboxing. Stay as far as humanly possible away from this scam of a business."
"This store's owner is very rude and doesn't care about customer. Their product is more expensive than same thing in other stores near by. Please take extra care and try stay away from this store."
"Do not be fooled by Andy and him being friendly when you are in King Kitchen. He sold us a junk product and when we brought this to his attention he had the audacity to blame the customer! I'm am in my 40's I have lived my entire life without chipped and cracked kitchen cabinets and he suggests that maybe our kitchen is "VERY HUMID" - ummm we live 5 miles from his store front we haven't had an overly humid 6 months to destroy the cabinets. - When the cabinets came the doors had been installed crooked and the only way to fix (b/c they won't level using a screwdriver on the inside hardware) is to take the doors off and re-attach the hardware. - the paint they used is creased and cracked. - the paint is chipping off (we are 2 adults with no children), and he had the audacity to blame the customer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!"
