"They are careless!! I have tried several times to be patient with them but they have failed me too many times. The pharmacist will lie about calling to xfer Rx's and then call back to get the number to the pharmacy. They will promise callbacks and you have to be on top of them. Just now I was put on hold 5 times!! All asked my DOB and then on hold again!! No accountability, everyone points the finger at each other. Yep, Riteaid is across the street, they just gained a new customer!"
