"Tatyana Dykshteyn cheated my girlfriend out of almost one thousand dollars on a round trip flight that was supposed to go to Ukraine two days before the war broke out. Tatyana told Marina that she canceled the flight for her and was going to send her a voucher to fly again with Polish airlines. It was all a lie. She never obtained the voucher and never made good on her promise to refund Marina the money despite repeated promised to do so over the past year. Please stay away from Tatyana and her agency."

"I want to share our unnerving experience. About two years ago, we paid Tatyana Dykshteyn a hefty amount for a flight and tour to Europe. This trip was cancelled due to Covid flight restrictions. Attempts to get our money refunded started a saga of neverending phone calls--always with Tatyana saying, "I'll call you back" and never doing so. Or "call back tomorrow, next week" etc... Finally, after half a year, she refunded a SMALL amount of cash, with a promise that she will eventually return the full amount. When I suggested she refund the money in gradual installments over time, if it would be easier--she stated, "Don't worry, you will have the full amount soon." Again, the same story continued. Excuses and empty promises after each call. Again and again--"You'll receive your money soon." After nearly two years of testing our patience, it finally ruptured and we sued. Tatyana never showed to court and the judge ruled that she return the full amount. We haven't received a CENT! We continue to sue. But even at this point, who will return the spent nerves and sleepless nights worrying over this thievery!? We are not young people. We've read other comments here. Lev Melman and Yuri Tanski--may you have advice on how to get this crook to return our money?"

"Worst travel experience ever! Poorly organized or should I say, disorganized, bus tour to Niagara Falls (american side), no itinerary provided and their website is apparently not working anymore. We didn't get to see Indian reservation or the Corning Museum of Glass (and of course, it was our fault!). The tour guide was arrogant. Overall a very unpleasant trip. I will NEVER AGAIN use this company."

"We had a very bad experience with Tatyana Dykshteyn, the president of Best American travel. We asked her to combine the two tours to Italy in advance. She gave us the descriptions of them and the dates and promised us that everything will be exactly the same. We took the vacation dates that match with the dates of these trips, bought the air tickets. We called every week to Tatyana asking her to send us the official papers for our tours, but she always told us that she is working on our trip to make everything perfect and never called me back. However, only 4 days before the trip after many calls to Tatyana asking her to give us the official documents for our trips, she told us that the second tour is going to be changed and she did not know about it. We were very disappointed of this situation. But we could not change anything since only 4 days left before our departure. Tatyana is a very rude person. She was talking to us impolite, screaming all the time. She increased the price for the tours one day before our departure manipulating with 4 stars hotel and additional transfers even though we stayed in 3 stars hotels and additional transfers were made because of changing the tour which was not our fault. The most important issue was that we went to the trip without any official document for the second tour and we had to connect every day to Tatyana in Brooklyn from Italy to get finally the official prove of our tour. Tatyana is unprofessional tour agent and we will never go back to her. We are not recommended this agency to anyone. THE WORST EXPERIECE EVER!!!"
