"This is a sad day as I will not be going back to a this theater that I grew up with. Regal ronkonkoma has joined the corporate masses and did away with having actual people at he ticket counter. Forget that the pricing is still outrageous as most theaters are, now you are taking jobs away from people. Growing up I had many friends working at theaters for their first job. Do better regal ronkonkoma"

"Great theater but concessions are a tiny bit slow. They have a little outdated concession area and popcorn machine looks never full. Seats are spread out and recliners are really comfortable. Its a nice size for a good movie"

"It's an alright theater. The theater is decently well run and the picture/sound quality is solid. Staff is nice and the theater itself is pretty clean. The seats aren't very comfortable though. They're recliners but they feel stiff and aren't great for extended periods of time. It's for that reason I don't come here often. But otherwise it's a pretty good place to watch a movie."

"I was here on Thanksgiving day. I ordered a large Sprite which had a funny taste and couldn't drink. When I tried to use the ticket I purchased online it wouldn't work. I had to go back to concession and have a paper ticket printed, and then go back to the ticket taker. Chairs had holes in the fabric. The experience was disappointing! Which is sad because this used to be my favorite theater."

"Not so great, seats need to be reupholstered,slushy machine has been broken for over 6 months and when I asked when they would be fixing it since all of my kids enjoy having one while watching a movie, they seemed annoyed. Food is very limited. I've returned to my original Regal in Lynbrook which is wonderful, just a bit of a drive.,but worth it."
