"I’m so very pleased with the service here at Furniture Direct and my sales person Ramey. Everything thing that was promised was delivered with professionalism on time. I’m very please with my purchase of my couch so much that I returned to the store to purchase a bedroom set. I did not even look or go anywhere else. "I had the absolute best experience in this store, the staff went over and above to accommodate me. I kept going back and forth with my decision and they spent time wrapping and unwrapping furniture with such patience and no complaints. I would highly recommend them, they have wonderful staff and will help you more than the big names stores, which incidentally they can also obtain furniture from the big stores, difference is you will get better customer service here."

"My purchase and delivery experience was horrible, waited over 2 weeks for the sofa then a U shaped sofa was delivered which was too big for my apartment and a couple days later what seems like a used sofa peice was delivered (the second time they came). The sofa has a rip on the side and that one peice (I ordered a L shaped sectional) the 2 seat peice of the sectional which was replaced on the second time and after almost a year of having sinks in more than the original long peice (the peice that never left the apt from the beginning). No one ever aplogized for the mix up, there was no sympathy from the company. I wouldn’t shop from here again as after a year I need a new couch so I wont sink in."
