"Great place to stay near Newark. Staff was outstanding from shuttle bus driver to front desk to housekeeping. Only knock was the temperature controls... very confusing. Woke up to a stifling 86 degree room!"

"Just started willl let yall know later. I HAVE A COUPLE MONTHS TO GO!!I like the lady who works night even though busy still helps me with my mail. I appreciate it!!! MONTHS LATER!! SO IT IF U ARE HERE IN NEW JERSEY WORKING. I WOULDNT SUGGEST STAYING HERE! Now mind u I'm not from here and I'm handicapp but this is the 3rd time u are kicking me out. And all we do is work and are quiet and pay a week in advance every week. I tried talking to manager but I don't think he likes me or understand how hard it is for me to try to find a place to go and move it there and then come back. So obviously they don't want us or our money.. I don't know why a business who is getting paid weekly and barely has to see us cause we are working. Give us this much stress. So stay there for a short time. Wish I could but I have to work"

"I spent two days with my husband Damon. We had an amazing weekend. The customer service was helpful and relatable. It was cozy and charming in the room. Front desk attendants was knowledgeable and friendly and kind. Especially the desk clerk working today at 12pm on 19th of March. I will come again and thank you for keeping us safe and warm. Thank to the sweet kind elderly lady with the short white hair! She was truly a rock star in my eyes! Thank U from guests in RM 1102"

"Abusive toward the staff. Fired a room cleaner on her birthday. Expects room cleaners to work all hours in the night, outside, freezing in bad weather conditions with no empathy. Employees get sick from the bad conditions and inhumane practices. Crime is rampant here and the staff isn’t safe, nothing is done about it. Constant drug use. Disgusting property, disgusting people, absolutely repugnant management. Your employees are people not slaves to abuse."
