"I’ve lived here for 6 months now and am happy I made the decision to move here. The parking can be better as the spaces are a little tight but as long as the person next to you parks correctly that shouldn’t be an issue. Management in general but a specifically Jasper is responsive and very helpful and goes out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have. The building is kept clean and tidy. Maintenance is friendly, professional and helpful. So far so good."

"I recently moved into the Meridia and it has been an amazing experience. From the first showing/tour, to paperwork and moving in Jasper has been very helpful and accommodative. As this my first apartment I was nervous but any issue or questions I had was answered and resolved in a timely fashion. I had a issue it one of my my appliances and within a day maintenance had it changed out and replaced. The property is really nice and conveniently located close to the train station. I would recommend this apartment."

"I've lived in the Meridia apartment for 4 months now as of this post. The apartments are of decent size with plenty of closet space. I am a big fan of the bedroom walk-in closet. I like that the apartments are well insulated so you dont really hear your neighbors' every move. They are also pet friendly. Whenever I have had any issues, Jasper from management has been prompt to address it in a timely manner. I recommend the Meridia Apartments to anyone who wants peace and quiet."

"My wife and I were struggling to find an apartment that would fit our budget and our proximity to our job/university in NYC. After weeks of intensive searching, I managed to stumble upon a few vacant apartments here at Meridia. It felt almost too good to be true as the apartments are beautiful and the listings mentioned all of the amenities that were provided. I was able to get a viewing the next day! Jasper not only showed me one of the apartments I was interested in, but four of them, and with each one he was very accommodating, transparent, and very easy to speak to regarding floor layout, room differences, etc. Even after the viewing, he was almost always available to message me back regarding any questions I had through the application process, which by the way, was extremely fast and easy for me. During move-in, Jasper was able to hold an elevator for us that allowed us to move all our big items as quickly as possible. Overall, the apartment has been great and looks great. The help we received from Jasper in getting the apartment was amazing. And I’m really looking forward to enjoying my time here at Meridia! + 1-2 minute walk from the Linden train station. + Apartments are nice and big. + Amenities are enjoyable. + Property is clean and safe. + Lots of stores nearby and easily reachable. + Jasper is extremely helpful with the process of obtaining the apartment and answering questions/providing assistance even afterwards. - You may occasionally hear the sound of the train/fire trucks from the outside even when windows are closed."
