Mrs. Pamela was and has been great with her professional work ethic, her knowledge of hotel information for the guests, and her nice smile when you come to the front to ask questions or concerns is outstanding. "The Hampton Inn in Linden, NJ is nice. The room I stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible. When I booked the room no one mentioned the $50 charge for hotel incidentals, so what a surprise when I saw the charge on my card. I know there is a hotel incidentals charge at every hotel. It's also common courtesy and practice to inform guest about these charges at check in."

"This hotel was recently remodeled so the furniture is nice and the rooms are clean. The gym is decent, with free weights, TRX straps and a cable machine. The beds could be more comfortable as I found the sheets very scratchy and the pillows airy (the kind that get flat the minute you put your head on them). Overall not a bad stay for the area."

"The cleanest hotel that I’ve been to. I was told that the hotel was recently remodeled, you can tell as everything seemed clean, new, and modern. The continental breakfast was as expected for any hotel that offers this option. Honestly will book here again, as cleanliness is my top priority when choosing hotels. The price is amazing for this area. The only thing I would recommend is larger toilets. The toilets were on the smaller side, but not a huge issue as larger toilets are a personal preference( I’m a big girl so I like larger toilets). Other bonus: restaurants, movies, Target, and shopping centers are within walking distance from the hotel."

"Stay here often and the staff is especially kind and cheerily helpful, especially Pam who always has a smile and great attitude. Actually the entire staff is great. Just wish the heating - cooling units were upgraded in the recent remodel. Not much of a problem though in most rooms."
